What does one title a milestone compilation which took an extra year (or two) to release? We asked ourselves that question many times during the course of this project.

While we were discussing the future of our label during lockdown, we had the idea that we wanted to celebrate our approaching ten year milestone with a special double LP featuring some of the artists who helped put us on the map and hone our sound.

Fortunately, our artists were all totally on board with the idea when we pitched it to them, and the pieces started to fall into place one by one. What they came back with truly blew us away. Tracks ranging from deep dusty dub techno to punchy dance floor burners to a live ambient set recording.

STL opened his vault of demo riches for us to browse. Tobias Freund gave us “Public Eye”, one of the most trippy, head-nodding tracks of his discography thus far. October, our brother in Bristol, came out of a techno hiatus to dive head-first into the studio and crank out an entire EP worth of signature acid techno belters, from which we chose “Like A God”. JXTPS gave us our recent favorite track of his, “In Blue”, a peak-time techno weapon to round out the grooviest section of the record. MadderModes gave us “Rhodium”, a truly stunning ambient live recording from a group performance in Vietnam, to bring us back down to earth and close out the compilation. In the mix as always you will find original tracks from the label founders, L'estasi Dell'oro, 12 x 12 and N'conduit.
